Entitled and completed a 12 unit high end live-work loft project on a former gas station site on prestigious South Park in the South Beach district of San Francisco.
The site was environmentally cleaned with Government Superfund grant and declared clean by the Department of Health before construction could begin.
This high end project sold out at prices ranging from $800,000 to $1,200,000, approximately 35% higher on a per square foot basis than other projects at that time. Prices exceeded $1,000/SF when surrounding projects had sold in the $600/SF range.
